We may share Your personal information with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, or to contact You. We may also disclose Your personal information for any other purpose with Your consent.

Care assessment information and care-related personal data is retained only for the duration of our service relationship and as required by applicable BC healthcare and privacy legislation (PIPA).
